Our debut at the Rimini trade show: co-manufacturing, new formats and a drink factory to discover

From 15 to 17 February we will be at Beer&Food Attraction for the first time, at PAD B5 stand 173 at the Rimini Expo Centre.

A stand between rigour and innovation

We designed a high visual impact space where iconic materials and minimal aesthetics dialogue with each other, reinterpreting the theme of the “bubble” through surfaces and textures that evoke rhythm and lightness.

Co-manufacturing: from concept to market

We manage the entire production process — from recipe formulation to regulatory compliance, through to packaging development — turning a creative idea into a finished, competitive product, supporting both emerging brands and established players.

New formats and a special drink

At the stand we present the new large format from our scouting program and a drink developed especially for the event: two concrete examples of our capacity for experimentation and customisation.

Education, innovation and non-alcoholic beverages: the project with the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo

As a Supporting Partner of UNISG, we organised a workshop with students of the Master in Food Communication and Marketing focused on developing new perspectives in the innovative non-alcoholic beverage segment.

A challenge between creativity and market

The workshop, held on 7 and 8 November using the Action Learning method, saw students working alongside IESSI Alcohol-Free Aperitifs to imagine a new product and marketing concept capable of speaking to a young and conscious audience, placing natural ingredients and supply chain sustainability at the centre.

From brief to design

Participants developed three distinct projects, engaging with our team — Federica Rubeo and Nick Ranghino — on storytelling, brand positioning and the technical and commercial feasibility of their proposals.

The winning project and its social impact

The selected project will give life to a limited edition whose proceeds will be entirely donated to FEBA — the European Food Banks Federation: a choice that reflects the shared commitment of BUBBLE Bev. and IESSI to generate a concrete positive impact beyond commercial goals.

A functional drink to accompany the brightest race of the year

Bubble Bev. is a partner of Run the Night — La mezza di Cuneo, the nocturnal sporting event organised by Karhu and C’è Da Fare ETS that on 27 June 2025 will bring hundreds of runners to light up the streets of the city.

Una bevanda pensata per la corsa

For the occasion we developed a functional drink designed to support participants during the race: a product born from a philosophy of self-care, wellbeing and movement, telling a different story from the one often associated with the world of beverages.

A partnership with a deeper meaning

The collaboration with Run the Night also stems from our desire to support C’è Da Fare ETS, an association actively engaged in raising awareness and supporting young people and families facing difficulties related to psychological distress. Being part of this initiative means for Bubble Bev. embracing a broader responsibility: promoting connections, new imaginaries and culture through positive and inclusive initiatives.

Brand identity and tailor-made experiences: our Indian Tonic as the star of the Milan event for the 55th anniversary of Superstar

Through the Exclusive Selection service, we offer the possibility of transforming a beverage into a communication element: a fully customisable design that integrates the product into the aesthetic and narrative context of a project.

The collaboration with Adidas

For the Milan event celebrating the iconic Superstar silhouette, our Indian Tonic with a bespoke label was selected as the star of the beverage offering. An essential yet high-quality product, capable of enriching the party atmosphere and turning the drink moment into a natural extension of the brand’s visual identity.

Customisation as a strategic tool

Exclusive Selection is established as an agile solution for partners who wish to communicate their uniqueness without the constraints of large-scale production. Thanks to our operational flexibility and the ability to manage reduced minimum orders, we make personalisation immediately available even for internationally prominent events.

Premium personalised beverages for venues and events: BUBBLE Bev. launches Exclusive Selection

On 8 May 2025 BUBBLE Bev. announces the launch of Exclusive Selection, the new service that allows venues, cocktail bars and event organisers to personalise high-quality products with their own visual identity.

A concrete response to market evolution

Exclusive Selection is born from BUBBLE Bev.’s experience in co-manufacturing and constant dialogue with partners. The service is centred on two references selected for their versatility and quality: Indian Tonic, designed for ideal balance in professional mixology, and Energy Drink, conceived for the world of clubs and large events.

Operational efficiency and creative support

Once the beverage and quantity are defined, the client personalises the label — with support from our creative team if needed. Delivery times are approximately 10-15 working days from order confirmation, with reduced minimum orders for agile stock management.

The collaboration with La Sobreria for a 0% sparkling rosé that redefines conviviality

In partnership with La Sobreria, we developed Fioretto: a 0% alcohol sparkling rosé that offers sensory complexity and versatility to those seeking a high-quality alternative to alcoholic beverages.

A rigorous research and development process

The recipe is the result of numerous feedback cycles, technical tests and tasting sessions, aimed at calibrating every nuance of the product. Particular attention was paid to its structure: very low caloric impact without compromising the flavour profile, for a beverage ideal both as an aperitif and paired throughout a meal.

Fioretto Together — the launch event

To celebrate the first limited production run, on Friday 27 September the community and industry professionals are invited to Fioretto Together, at Section80Bar in Via Farini 44, Milan: an opportunity to discover the project and explore how our factory turns creative visions into market-ready products.

Bon&Tea by Omar Bonetti wins the first edition of the Scouting Program for large-format non-alcoholic beverages

Launched last July alongside the move to our new facility in Lessona, the Scouting Program received 30 applications from Italy and abroad: the winning project is Bon&Tea, the concept created by chef Omar Bonetti together with his sons Sebastiano and Riccardo and his brother Denis.

An initiative for large-format no-alcohol

The Scouting Program was created to support emerging brands in developing innovative non-alcoholic beverages in large format — from 500 ml upwards — a still underexplored segment with strong growth potential. The workshop at our facility allowed us to engage directly with the finalists, assess the technical feasibility of each concept and share strategic insights.

The winning project: the vision of Bon&Tea

Born in Grimaud, among the hills of Provence, Bon&Tea transforms the infusion of fruits, flowers and plants into a daily sensory ritual. The jury recognised the coherence of its identity, its strong narrative potential and a well-defined market vision, supported by an essential aesthetic and natural ingredients. Omar Bonetti will now enter the mentoring phase with BUBBLE Bev.’s Research & Development team, followed by the production of the 700 large-format bottles provided for by the programme. Given the success of this first edition, we confirm our intention to repeat the Scouting Program in 2026.

From start-up to co-manufacturing benchmark: BUBBLE Bev. invests over 10 million euros in its new facility

Following steady growth that saw turnover exceed €4.2 million in 2024 with a team of 40, we are preparing for a decisive step forward: the move to a new 12,500 square metre facility in Lessona (BI).

A leap in production scale

Through an investment plan exceeding 10 million euros, backed by Flara Holding, regional funds and credit institutions, by mid-2025 we will activate two new production lines that will increase our current production capacity tenfold. The new space also includes an area dedicated exclusively to research and development, to support partners in creating new flavours, samples and innovative products.

Industrial growth and social responsibility

The expansion goes hand in hand with the evolution of our company culture: in 2024 we obtained gender equality certification, becoming the only company in the Italian beverage sector to reach this milestone. A recognition that reflects our commitment to valuing diversity and ensuring equity in growth and remuneration opportunities, as we work to consolidate our role in the European co-manufacturing market.
